Cottonarts is happy to offer an exchange if you simply change your mind and this must be dealt with within 7 days of you receiving your item.
If you need to change the size, contact me and I will arrange an exchange, this is to be dealt with within 7 days of you receiving your item.
Return postage must be covered by the buyer.
All items are checked thoroughly before posting. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, or the item is faulty a full refund will be issued, this must be dealt with within 7 days after receiving your order. Any questions please contact us, thank you.
Bespoke orders or designs that have been changed on request to meet your specifications are not subject to an exchange or refund (unless faulty)
