Cottonarts is happy to offer an exchange if you simply change your mind and this must be dealt with within 7days of you receiving your item.
Cottonarts asks that you measure your wrist/finger when ordering your correct wrist/finger size (for cuffs and rings), if you do happen to make a mistake, contact me and I will arrange an exchange, this is to be dealt with within 7 days of you receiving your item.
Return postage must be covered by the buyer.
All items are checked thoroughly before posting.
Headbands, rings and one-off items are posted out the same or following week day.
Made to order cuffs and purses are posted out within 3 working days.
